In this section you can download useful documents pertaining to our dance school. You can download Pupil Enrollment Forms, Terms & Conditions, Timetables and other related documents in Adobe PDF format.
In order to view these documents, you should have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Pupil Enrollment
Dance Dynamix issues Pupil Registration Forms and the latest Terms & Conditions on an annual basis. We also issue these documents to all new pupils who enroll with our school. Although these documents are distributed during the first class after the summer holidays, we have made them available online so parents have the option of printing them out and completing them at home in advance.
Pupil Registration Forms
Our Pupil Registration Forms help us to collect important information about our pupils, such as emergency contact details and medical conditions. We make it the responsibilty of our parents and self-funded pupils to ensure that the details we hold are up-to-date at all times, in particular pupils emergency contact details and medical conditions.

Terms & Conditions
Our Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between Dance Dynamix and Parents / Self-Funded Pupils. It describes what we expect from our pupils and parents as a school, and in turn outlines our commitments to our pupils. Our latest Terms & Conditions are issued during the first class after the summer holidays, and these must be signed and returned along with registration forms before any classes are attended. We have made these available online, so that (like the registration forms) they may be printed and completed in advance, should Parents / Self-Funded Pupils wish to do so.
