Tania Reynolds - Principal
Tania’s love for dance started at the age of 2, when she began attending Stevenage Theatre Arts Group (STAG). During her time there, Tania was involved in many shows at the Gordon Craig Theatre, and achieved highly in Ballet, Tap and Modern exams.
At that stage in her life, Tania knew that a career in dance was the route she wanted to take. At 18 years of age, Tania began an intensive 3 year ISTD Associates course, concentrating on Ballet, Tap, Modern and National Dancing at The Margaret Howard Theatre School in Bushey. After receiving top grades in her exams, and being elected as the school’s Head Girl, Tania left and began teaching at STAG, of which she had been a pupil throughout her childhood.
After 4 years of teaching, Tania decided she would like to start a dance school of her own, and bought a small dance school (The Caroline Shaw School of Dance), the name of which was then changed to “Dance Dynamix”. Although being the principal of a dance school is quite stressful at times, Tania enjoys nothing more than teaching the talented pupils Dance Dynamix is fortunate to have, and watching them excel in both exams and performances. Tania lives in Stevenage with her husband Ian (and dog Oscar), where she manages the dance school and it's online shop. She enjoys going to the gym, shopping and is actively involved with children's work at her church.
